I owe (including this months payment) $800 in back monthly payments for a RSP charge (receiving stolen property) in PA (Felony Charge) now my original sentence was 4-23 months... I served the 4 but I felll behind because I had to move and car repairs.. I know I can be re sentenced and my street time (APROX 1YR) could be taken in scheduled to be off parole 6 13 13.. what can I expect?
