    Mobile home not on contract for deed.
    I bought a property through a contract for deed. It has a Nobel home which was never addressed on three contract for deed.I have put money into the Nobel home, but now the sellers are claiming the Nobel home ad their property. What can I do.

    A mobile home is not property in most US states, it is owned and sold by title. The property it sits on would be on a deed.

    Unless there is a specific contract that names the mobile home with serial number on the contract ( although there should be two contracts one for land, one for trailer)

    So yes, if the trailer is not listed specificly on the contract, and there is no sales agreement for the title of the mobile home, you do not legally own it.
