    Throttle Body Fuel Pump Pressure?
I have a 1988 chevrolet k2500 Pick Up that runs rough at lower speeds and surges at lower speeds. As soon as it gets off the lower speeds, all of a sudden it takes off and has plenty of power. I have replaced the throttle body itself, throttle position sensor, IMAP sensor Changed spark plugs, compression gauge test showed all cylinders 140 to 150 pounds. I have purchased a TB fuel pump pressure gauge and want to check the fuel pump pressure, but am not sure what the pressure should be. In searching the internet, I find conflicting figures. One will say 12-15 pounds and others say 32 pounds. By the way, I have changed the fuel filter underneath as well. What shouild the fuel pump pressure be on this 350 cu in V-8 with automatic transmission be?
Also, in my reading, I ffind that he O2 sensor controls fuel/air mixture to the computer at lower speeds. However, I do not have any check engine lights. Could this be my problem?

It sounds like a failing Ignition Control Module (ICM), to me. Easy to install. I don't suspect it's fuel-related at all.

I am still going to check my fuel pump pressure though. I need to know what it should be.
