Laws vary by state. Go to the Family Court near you and ask about ordering DNA testing and any related costs. Keep in mind that getting any visitation/custody means paying support for the child too - for the next 18 years.

You have rights but she is right, you have to go to court to enforce them. I would suggest you start shopping around for a Family Law attorney.

Also you say she kicked you out. Of where? Were you living in her home?

Since she kicked you out two weeks ago, but she is already your "x", I guess I can safely assume that she wasn't your wife. In that case, as the others have told you, you need to take her to court and first prove that you are the father.
