Can I still have circumision but I see a vein that goes down from the shaft to the middle and I have smaller ones behind the head. I feel that the doctor would cut it and blood would be everywhere and no one can stop the blood .

The doctors would know what to do about your veins. You might want to ask him in an appointment before going under the knife. They would know how to work around them though if they needed to.
