Hi, I just wanted some advice as I am new to this. My fiancé and I are Trying to conceive. I have missed my period for 2 months now. The first time I missed my period, on the exact day of my expected period, I started spotting. The spotting lasted for 4 days. I didn't have to wear a pad at all. I feel bloated at times and have a couple of times where I threw up. My breast are not sore but are tender. I have taken hpt's that have all cme up negative. I have went to my OBGYN who conducted an ultrasound and advised me that my uterus is thick like I can be pregnant but that it could also mean that I'm going to get my period. He advised me that he didn't see anything and to wait a couple more weeks as it could be too soon to tell what's going on. He also took a urine test that came up negative. Could I possibly be pregnant? Can a woman be pregnant and get negative results after 2 months? I have never in my whole entire life went 2 months without my period nor have I spotted before. Whatever information u can provide is greatly appreciated
