What constitutes "crying too much?" What is a dua?

Has a Physician said he does not have health problems?

I am Christian, so I have no duas (intercessory prayers and supplications) for you. As a mother, I wonder if you know why he cries.

Of course they don't know but my guess is PAIN or discomfort, mom not knowing how to care for or dress a three year old.

I think a pediatrician visit is necessary.

Is this a question about Islam? Or children? Or health?

I was thinking it might be a parenting issue, keeping a child that age busy. Or is the child being given things so that he demands more and cries when he doesn't get his way?

I agree with the pediatrician visit.

I was going to move it to the Islam board, but then thought I would leave it alone until the grandmother responds and tells us more of her concern.

It is under children, so I will address it as such. While all things religious are good and should be followed, we have to follow up with all the physical first
    We need to address
    1. how much is too much crying, ( babies cry)
    2. is the baby hungry, or not changed properly
    3. rashes or other illness
    4. at 3 what is the child's diet. What complaints does the child have ?
