I have a Kenmore Ultra Wash Quiet Guard which is 4 year old. It's model no. is 665.17039402. When I press normal wash, the cycle goes as far as to Washing... Sensing, then stops. The pan is filled with water and is not draining until I press cancel, then it drains out. What should I do? Paula
