I have been on po for almost 2 years my 2 years are up next month my po is telling me she is going to violate me because I have not paid restitution costs I have almost 600 on restitution and have to pay 1600 more I have 600 in the bank for my restitution which I am sending it in the next time I go to probation but if she violates me before then could I get prison time or jail

Yes, if you don't pay the full restitution amount, you could be "violated", and have to serve the balance of your sentence.
