From time to time, I have itchy, red spotted, bumpy skin on either my arms, thighs or sometimes my breasts. They stop itching after 5 or 10 minutes. The next day, there is some blood clotting (at least that's what I think it is) on the exact spot where the red spotting is. It's not one big clot, rather an individual clot per spot. It's been happening to me ever since I was a kid. I do not know if this helps, but I live in a tropical country. The skin problem became more frequent recently, during the rainy season. Please, what is this?
