My condo lease was to expire, so for renewal my wife signed the lease but I did not even though it has my name on it, but I want to move out now would this lease be valid or not?

Most likely. Since it is a renewal a court would most likely deem that your wife signed as your agent.

Even if yuu are no longer obligated under the renewed lease, your wife is. If you move out would she go too? Because she would still be obligated to pay the rent.
