My baby was taken from me on her 1st birthday. She is now 2 and being adopted by my mother. My rights were terminated by the courts. I was just wondering if there was anyway I can regain custody of my baby? Are there papers my mother can sign to give me some sort of guardianship? I'm lost and my lawyer isn't ANY help.
