I was pulled over on the way to cosm on Alex Greys property in ny... k9 unit smeled weed.. ed up because just made a sale... found 17g moly 25 g hash 18g herb.. 10 hydrocodones.. one g of ketachloride... have some fam hookups in the system... but should I ple not guily to the felonies and push for misdeminer house arrest and on probation... or pull addict card and do inpatient and out patient halfway house bull... I'm stuck... I wish I was rich.

Excon is right. Just because the mutt thought it smelled something doesn't mean there was probable cause.

Cosm is the drug addict who lives with Alex. Doesn't everyone know that?

If the dog smelled it, did you then allow them to search or did you say NO?
Did they have you wait till they got a warrant done. ** don't have to have it at scene, just signed at courthouse by judge.

But you should get an attorney, I doubt the addict plea will work with a drug dealer.
