    If I was 16 and my boyfriend was 18 can I get him introuble with rape.

    If you told him "NO"and he forced intercourse on you, then yes. If you are trying to file
    Statuatory rape charges on him, it will be your word against his unless you have proof
    Sex ever took place.

    It depends more on where you are. In most places 16 is the age of consent. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
