My son is incarcerated in Oregon, In order to visit you have to state all past charges then they check it out .It came back that I have a charge Pending , I hzve no clue about a Pending charge , Hos would I find out about thiz they won't tell my son what its for or anything about it J just knows I can't visit hom they denied my application Please help me find the righg direction to find ouf how to clear this up Also how long czn a charge bs pdnding before it gets dropped or does it ? No idea how a "pending" charge can appear, since it means there is no charge yet, But it means that the DA is trying to get a indictment against you, So you need to go see the DA office
