My stepson and his girlfriend live in my house for about 4 years. I have not had a decent, queit night in my house. Almost everyday they are arguning. It is driving me crazy. I cannot take it anymore. I want her to leave my house before the situation gets any worse. Please what can I do to get her out of my house. I want to go through the proper channels before I do anything.

Is the step son OK with her being evicted ? Since as a resident in the home, he can always just invite her back in. So you may have to evict him and her if he will not agree with you

Hand them a notice to quit, giving them the appropriate time, under the landlord/ tenant act for wherever you are (generally 30 days) to "make like a tree". If they haven't done so at the end of that time, sue to evict them.
