Specifically, Do you know if state physician monitoring agencies test the hair of clients for alcohol use?

I think the hair EtG test is still uncommon in US. Really questionable science. I don't know of any of the PMAs using the test.

Here is the website for Dr. Greg Skipper. He is, or was, head of the Alabama program and was the prime mover of EtG urine testing. He would be in closer contact with the PMAs.
