So my ex is using the nc rule on me... says she truly loves me but says she needs time to see if I'm the right one for her... says after 6 months she wants to be friends and see where life takes us... could I try to win her back before the 6 months? With nice gestures and showing her I changed or might it be too late to try to win her back?. we've been using the nc rule just a little over a week, is it too early to try anything?

If she is really using it, she will not read your text, she will not open her emails, she will ignore you. Normally take time, means that it is over, esp since she already used that "we can be freinds" so you can try, but most likely it is just over.

No, keep it up, go no contact yourself and plan on doing so for the rest of your life, keep busy, and start moving on. As time passes, you will get used to not talking to her and get over her, this is your goal, not to get back with her.
