Can you tell me where to locate this part and where I may be able to purchase the part?

Most thermal limiters are generic and can be purchased at almost any HVAC or appliance parts house. The number on the limiter has the max temperature on it, so you just buy one that opens at that temp. You have to clean the dryer very well and that means removing all parts and washing them out. That means the filter holder, the air ducts going into and leaving the drum and the element housing. Neglecting any part will cause the fuse to blow again.
