Hi,Can anyone introduce a site like askmehelpdesk that it is for computer Engineering?

There are lots of specialised computer forums out there, and as computer engineering covers such a wide subject it's diificult to recommend one.
What field are you interested in ?

Networking (specialy Thin client)

Try looking at Citrix and see if they have a forum. Also search on Terminal Services.
