Where do I get an affidavit for small claim court? I brought a use car in NJ and the car is no good? Lemon law doesnot fit this claim

Was the car bought "as is" on the paper work ?

What does this have to do with the faulty car?

An affidavit is nothing more than a written statement under oath. You write something and execute it before a notary. If you want to submit it in small claims court you do so by filing it.
