You only eat grown up dog food but he will not be any of his puppy food? He is very skinny and you can see his ribs and hips I just got him a couple days ago and he is 7 weeks old what do I do?

You put down puppy food and not adult food and he comes to understand that it's puppy food (which contains the nutrients he needs) or no food.

If you've only had him a couple of days how do you know he won't eat puppy food? Do you give him a choice?

7 weeks old? Try mashing up the PUPPY formula with puppy milk or warm water, do not feed him adult food. I would take him to the vet asap, he needs de-wormer and possibly--probably-- flea treatment.
