I am considering buying an 8 year old Kenmore 70 series washer and gas dryer from a private party. The mdl. #11024712300 (SM971103A). Can anyone tell me about this set. Have there been any problems with this model? Or any other information that I may find helpful before I decide whether to purchase this set.
