The term NC is mentioned in almost all of the answers.. what does NC mean?

Where are these "stickies"?

NC or no contact is fairly obvious and clear.

NO CONTACT, don't call them, don't text them, don't email them, don't drive past their home. Don't open emails they send, don't read text they send, don't answer the phone if they call.

I thought that's what it meant but wanted to be clear.. since nothing in my life is "clear" anymore.
