Help.

I watched a movie in elementary, about puppets, that scared me, but I want to find it to see why, it was in music class. The main antagonist was a green girl with blond hair, and she wanted to marry the protagonist who was a normal puppet boy, she danced to In the Hall of the Mountain King, at one point if I remember, she also had a tail I think.
