How many days does a seller have to accept an offer?

excon is correct, in each contract when we write it up, we put down how long they have to accept an offer.

On my last house I gave them one week, and then 2 days for the counter offer. You can make it one day if you want, or 30 days if dealing with a family decision if you have to.
