    Duck work in a conditioned space is leaking
    Duck work between floors has been leaking and I now have a hole in my ceiling. The duck work is condensating but it seems as though it is coming down the duck work from the air handler which is in the attic.

    Make sure the drain lines from the unit upstairs are open and not plugged up.
