I have a credit card in default with PNC bank and am just a little annoyed that the "executive" Phillip, my supposed last life-line according to him, before litigation took my tax returns, and half my paychecks for the rest of my life in a for sure win law suit for the entire balance, outright lied to me regarding a check I was trying to cancel for Jyl1 31st, claiming it had already posted to the account when after a call to my personal bank verified it had not right after speaking with him.
I placed the call at 10:50 am knowing the check I had post-dated earlier in the month would not withdrawal until 3 in the afternoon. After52 hellish years at Wells Fargo setting up post-dated checks I knew he was lying.I knew I had time and told Phillip the funds were not there, I'm sorry I said I am virtually unable to pay this and wanted to avoid overdrawing the account. His lie turned into a $30 stop check fee out of the $78 to my name in the account, which is far better than a $250 overdraft.
Yes I am in default so does that mean I'm also unworthy of the truth so you can get a good score card for July? That's horrible banking business practicing. I have my personal reasons for falling behind, don't judge me as if I am now a peon you can step on for your own advancement, that's not your job and I don't he should be dealing with banks in general considering he will lie to succeed. Enron anyone?
