A few days ago I had 2 knots come in above my penis 1 I poped and is going away but 1 is about 1 inch maybe less above my penis, it hurts, its kind of hard about the size of a nickel.. its red and I tried poping it and got a little pus out, I am a diabetic so I got a needle and tried it helped a little but the pain kind of got worse it hurts to touch, help please
