I am turning 17 in October, my boyfriend will be turning 25 in November. We were great friends a year before we started dating. We've been together for close to a year now. He's wonderful on many levels. Both parents are aware and approve of our relationship. He helps take care of me as I've been very sick these last few months with epstein barr. He encourages me to do the things I love, like painting, and playing guitar. We have a very mature relationship, he doesn't look a day over 19 though. We want to get married so I can move in with him without waiting another year. My parents neglect to give me the medical attention I need & travel for months at a time. How can we got about getting married, with this age gap? I live In Florida BTW, I know the legal age to get married is 16, but is there any stipulation considering he is 24?

No issue, all you have to do is get your parents to sign for you. To get married under the age of 18, the parents will have to sign.
