    What can I do to stop my ex wife to moved away with my son.my son was staying one year with me and now she want to take my son away on 31/07/2012

    Has she moved or threatening to? Are there court orders in place for custody and visitation?

    You didn't answer my question about court orders. And ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    You may not be able to stop her, but you might be able to get the child back, but only through a court.
