Fan will not turn. Can feel the motor running when the 3 speed chain is pulled. Put new 3 speed fan switch from Lowe's. I need to replace the Capacitor. Has 5 wires, 3 to the fan switch and two to other wires. WHERE DO I BUY THIS ITEM? Lowe's and Home Depot and my local appliance hardware co. does not have.

What are you trying to replace and why? Why do you think that the capacitor is bad? How did you check it with a meter? Those capacitors are so small that you have to get an exact replacement for it to fit and it also has to match in capacity (Mfds). A capacitor has two wires unless it's made for two motors.
