My 50' Panasonic Plasma TV has been acting up since a bad storm hit in my area. It shuts off and when a PS3 is being played and you turn the volume down it shut off. I have no clue what it may be...

Have you checked your remote against another one or tried fresh batteries? Does it do the same if you don't use a remote and just push the volume buttons?
