    4 prong 220 appliance from 110?
Have microwave with 4 prong plug 30 A 220v requirement but only have 110v receptical. Can I go white to white, blk to blk, grn to grn and pull a jumper blk up from range below it on separate circuit? Both circuits are 20A.

No, You are going to need 4 #10's to handle the 30 Amps.

No, since the new microwave needs a 30 amp circuit, and the existing wiring is rated for 20 amp, need to install a new 120/240 volt 30 Amp circuit with all #10 copper wire from the panelboard to the location of the new microwave.
