Hi, I am a mother of 4 boys and I am trying to have a girl. My LMP was on January 18, 2007 had all symptoms, except the test results were negative, 8 HPT's and 1 blood test, all negative and still no cycle. Could I be pregnant? I feel pregnant, and my OB/GYN said I could just have low hormone but to wait 2 weeks and then he'll do an exam. Is it possible to be pregnant and have it not show up on tests this long? With my other pregnancies they all turned + immediately, hope there still is a chance I could be pregnant. Also, I had my right ovary removed in August 2005 due to a large ovarian cyst, and we had to wait 3 months until we tried again and the month we tried I conceived and had a baby boy in July of 2006. But would that cause an irregular period? If I only have one ovary?

My daughter was 4 months pregnant before she got a positive result with urine tests(she didn't have a blood test), because her hormones were slow to build up. This also happened with her second pregnancy. But both babies were healthy.Do as your doctor says and get another test done in 2 weeks time.
