    Sick dog need animal experts.
I have a rotweiler/german shepard. He is very gentle considering he's a mix of those kinds of dogs.

Anyway he's 8 and he's developing a bald spot near his backend it seems to be irritated and kind of acts like a cut. By that I mean needs to be cleaned and is very sensitive.
The vet said it seemed like nothing but its gotten worse since then

Additional info:His history of medical problems is just a ear infection Money is no were near a problem so I'm looking for best recommendations or care no matter the price.

If money is no object, I would get another vet, as the first one couldn't diagnose the problem and said it didn't look like much. From your description, and basically that as it is difficult and near impossible to diagnose over the internet, it appears to be an infection as it has to be tended to constantly.

Find a veterinary dermatologist to look at your pets skin condition.

My dog recently had fleas unbeknownst to me because I was using Frontline, just not all through the winter, and her back became bald and sore. It's growing back now.

Another balding condition is mange, caused by mites.

When you went to the vet what tests did he/she do? Did they take a skin scraping?

I agree with Lucky. It's time to see a veterinary dermatologist to get to the bottom of this. It's obviously not nothing if it's spreading and not getting any better.

I wish we could give you a firm diagnosis, but as you know, that's not possible to do over the internet.

Please keep us posted on how pup is doing.
