I am a 22yrs old lady. Am always hving this chest pain especially when I cough or laugh hard. My waist pain started recently, anytime I get up from bed, I try to stretch it but still the pains it's there. Please help me

Is this a sharp pain in the waist? You could just have pulled a muscle or slept wrong without knowing so theirs been some pain last few days

Your chest pain sounds like bronchitis although you didn't mention being sick.

You should see your doctor if this persists.
