I got my first depo shot march2009 and was due for the next in June but didn't go through with it and had a regular period since... I started again in may 2011 and only had two shots in which I took the second one in August 2011 I had my period for there Weeks straight in December 2011 didn't receive a period in January or February of 2012 started spotting in March and had a regular period in April... didn't receive a period in may June or July of this year... yes I am sexually active and been told I'm not pregnant... should I be concern?? What is going on with my body?? I've gained weight, have sore breast, abdominal and back pain, and been told nothing is wrong with me

You're body is getting used to the medication when they give you the depo they tell you about side effects and some of them are what your feeling right now I was on it for 8 months and felt like if I was pregnant some of these side effects are normal but you should ask.ur dr :) good lukk
