I suffer from depression but realize that is no excuse for what I did but I have never even done anything like this in my life and have no record. It's a class b. what can I expect

Next with no details of the case, amounts, I would not even start to guess,

But often a good attorney can plea a case either down, or for less or no time served to avoid the cost of a trial.

The amount is approx 45k. I have hired a good attorney. But do they give u time to pay back? And what if my job finds out?

You will get at least probation, at 45K most likely there will be jail time. Since the probation department will do home and work survey, your work place will find out.

I will guess at some jail time, then probation and you will have to make payments as part of the probation.
