My period was due on the 10th and didn't until the 19th and ended on the 22nd and on the 23rd I got brown discharge and now it's the 29th and get pains in my stomack don't no what it is can anyone help me please..

Most likely cause is too much caffeine.
If you drink a lot of coffee, tea, or soda, try to slow down a bit
And drink more water. That should help.
