Dog wetting in the house after death of other dog
We lost our 11 year old Boxer to cancer last month. We rescued a 13 month old Boston Terrier 1 1/2 years ago. Daisy had been neglected and abused. She took to our Jack right away. During the last few months, when I would take Jack to the vet, Daisy would pace the floor and whine the whole time we were gone. I realized she was very attached to Jack. After Jack passed away Daisy has been wetting on the bedroom floor during the night, never during the day. I know she misses Jack and doesn't understand where he went. Daisy will wake me to go outside but she has already wet on the floor. How do I get her to quit wetting during the night in my bedroom. It's usually about the time when Daisy and Jack would go out to potty for the night.
