Same answer as here: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/univer...es-688216.html But I would add that I don't understand your notation - you say the interval where the function is increasing is f(-1.5<f(2), but do you mean the interval (-1.5,2)? And if so, how could there be a local minimum at x=0? That would be inconsistent. Again, if you could post the graph we could help you out more.
