how do i solve the function values
Use the graph to determine the following:

    a. the function’s domain
    b. the function’s range
    c. the x-intercept(s), if any
    d. the y-intercept(s), if any
    e. the function values at f (-3) and f (1)

OPTIONAL- What type of equation does this graph represent?
The graph may not be exact.

NOTE: Some decimal values can be estimated, but answers should be reasonable
    Calculations Explanations of Calculations
A The domain of this function is … -3,∞ The solid circle is on the -3 mark which means the graph does not extend beyond this point and the point belongs to the graph, the arrow means it continues to ∞.
B Range: 3,∞ The circle is one the 3 line and doesn’t exceed beyond and belongs to the graph, the arrow means ∞.
    C The x-intercepts: -3 The x-intercepts at the -3 spot
    D The y-intercepts: 4.9 The y-intercepts at the 4.9 (estimate) mark
E The function values of f(-3) and f(1):

    F

Jessica - looks like you've ade a good attempt at this problem. But of course we can't tell if your answers are correct as you didn't provide an attachment of the graph.
