I have been using extra claire crem for 5 years and my corncern is that my hands have became dark and want to stop using it but at the same time I'm scared I will become dark if I do. What are my options?

I have used hydroquinone creams over a long time in the past. It built up in my system and first symptoms were black lip, black elbow, and black knuckles.
