Hello, I need some help. My brother was charged with Possession of a Gun. He is now in riker's island and will be indicted soon. I would like to know how much time would he have to do for this? Or would it be a possibility that he gets off with just probation? He's 18(just turned 18). Lives in New York City.Did not fire the gun. It's his First offense.
