I have a 88 honda civic and I have a problem with the turn signal. The left turn signal works fine but the right turn signal I have a problem with. It at first just blinked really fast. I then checked the bulbs and the back one was burnt out, so I replaced it. This didn't fix the problem so I gave up because they worked but it was fast. Now a little while ago I went to turn the signal on and the light on my dash came on but didn't blink. It also makes a loud eeerrr sound and the turn signal lights on the outside do not come on. If anyone knows what might be the problem please let me know, thanks.
