    Central Air Conditioner Not Working
    Out side condenser motor is running and the coil and line have ice on the line

    Check you filter.
    I would just have fan on until it thaws, look up at the coil and see if they are frozen.

    Call a tech, it likely needs a freon charge, this is not a do it yourself thing.
