I am working as a temproary government employee.when will I get a permanent job

We aren't fortune tellers. We have no idea when you will get a good job.

You that answer the question,you don't need to be a fortune teller,all you need to tell him is world of encouragement and let the person know with God all things are possible and wish he/her good luck

No we need to be honest, today's economy sucks, he is lucky to even have this job.

What we are not told, was this a temp to hire position, is this agency looking for full time? Do they have a budget for it, are they a good worker ? I have to fire many workers who don't want to work.

When you join a site like this it is a good idea to browse around a bit and see how the site is used. It is not a good idea to jump in and criticize people right off the bat. One of the issues is that many of us don't like people who try to push their religious beliefs on others.

The question here was WHEN will the OP get a permanent job. To answer that does require being a fortune teller. If the question was HOW to get a job, the answer would have been different.
