Try another test using first morning urine, if it's still negative make a doctor's appointment.

Douching can be confusing, it can indeed prevent you from getting pregnant as it changes the normal bacteria of the vaginal canal, thus preventing pregnancy. Taking a bath will not stop you from conceiving.
