Is it safe to have sex while on your period but using protection?
Me and my fiancé are planning a weekend tripped but ill be on my period that weekend, and I haven't found no birth control that works. So I was wondering if I use protection during mi period it won't cause no reaction or delay in mi cycle or will it cause pregnancy? I really need advice, I'm only 20..

When you say protection, I assume you mean condoms which I am sure you are aware have a 3 to 10 percent chance of failure.

And since a women can get pregnant any time of the month, some while much more rare even during their period.

So is there a chance, yes a very small one, but there is a chance of pregnancy even doing that.

Also what do you mean have found no birth control that works ? Are you allergic to it, have side effects ? Of course they work, again none is 100 percent, but that is just it, nothing is 100 percent except not having sex.

What do you mean you haven't found a BC that works; if are not pregnant, then I guess they are working.
